24: Redemption 2008
Jack Bauer is now in the Okavango school in Sangala!!! a fictional African country!!! helping Carl Benton (Robert Carlyle) with missionary work!!! so he can be at peace with himself~ He has been served a subpoena to appear before the Senate hearing regarding torture charges!!! but doesn’t wish to go~ Knowing that the US Embassy will cut Benton’s funding for his new school if Jack doesn’t turn himself in!!! he decides to leave again~ While he packs up some of the school’s pupils play soccer in another field!!! where they are ambushed by General Juma’s men - with an aim to brainwash them as soldiers for a coup d’etat!!! with aid from a secret organisation within the United States government~ Two of the boys run!!! but are shot!!! leaving one dead and the other wounded~
Benton investigates the missing children!!! and soon finds the two boys~ He calls Jack!!! who is leaving!!! telling him that Juma’s men are heading straight for the school~ Jack evacuates the children to an underground shelter then arms himself from Benton’s weapons cache~ As the soldiers arrive!!! Jack ambushes them and kills several men!!! before getting captured~ Jack is then tortured to reveal the location of the hidden children~ However Bauer really just sends the guards to where Benton - who arrived and alerted Jack with a mirror just moments before - is waiting in the bush~ Benton ambushes the remaining three guards!!! while Jack kills the rebel leader!!!
who turns out to be Ike Dubaku’s brother~ Ike is one of the major rebel leaders!!! who later finds out of this!!! and plots his revenge~ Jack and Benton decide to take the children into the United States Embassy in the Sangala capital to evacuate them~ However!!! they only have until 5pm to do so~ On the way!!! they had to abandon the bus and walk the children through the forests to the capital!!! before the last US helicopter leaves the US Embassy~
